WHAT IS AN RSS FEED?
RSS stands for Rich Site Summary. An RSS feed gathers content relevant to a user’s specified interest. An RSS news reader (or aggregator) then displays headlines and summaries of the found content and provides links to the full articles. RSS offers an easy way for you to be alerted when content that interests you appears on your favorite Web sites. Instead of having to visit particular Web sites to browse for new articles or features, you will automatically be alerted by RSS when something new has been posted online.

HOW DO I USE RSS?
In order to begin using RSS, you need to download news reader (aggregator) software to gather and display content feeds from the Web sites you select. There are many to choose from, including:
